NetHydra Code of Conduct
Purpose
NetHydra is an open community and project focused on cybersecurity auditing, monitoring, digital forensics, threat intelligence, and Security Operations Center (SOC) activities.
We are committed to creating a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment for contributors, users, researchers, students, and organizations.
Our Standards

Unacceptable Behavior

Responsible Use
NetHydra is intended to support:
- Security auditing and assessment.
- Security monitoring and observability.
- Digital forensics and incident response.
- Threat intelligence research.
- Security operations and defensive cybersecurity practices.
Community platforms, documentation, and project resources must not be used to:
- Coordinate unauthorized access to systems.
- Promote malicious cyber activity.
- Share stolen data or credentials.
- Distribute malware or harmful content.
Maintainers are responsible for fostering a healthy community and may take appropriate action when violations occur.
Actions may include:
- Private warning.
- Content removal.
- Temporary participation restrictions.
- Permanent removal from community spaces.
Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to all NetHydra community spaces, including:
- Source code repositories.
- Documentation.
- Issue trackers.
- Pull requests.
- Discussion forums.
- Chat and collaboration platforms.

Reporting
Violations may be reported to the NetHydra maintainers through official project communication channels.
